How does the process work?

Upload your pet’s photo, place your order, and our artists create your custom portrait. Once ready, we send you a preview for approval before printing and shipping.

What kind of photo should I upload?

For best results, upload a clear, high-quality photo with good lighting and a visible face. Front-facing images work best.

What if I’m not satisfied with my artwork?

We work with you during the preview stage to ensure you’re happy before printing. Revisions can be requested at that time.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Since each portrait is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll resend your artwork at no extra cost.

What is the Shipping time?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand. We appreciate your patience.
