Because all our products are custom-made using your personal images and details, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.

Damaged on Arrival:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will offer you either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement (second order at no cost)
